how it works.
everything about comped, with the numbers. if this page and the rest of the site ever disagree, this page wins and we fix the site.
the short version
- every trade of $COMPED pays creator rewards. 75% of every fee claim goes to the comp pool, 25% to the team. every claim and comp is public with its transaction.
- hold enough $COMPED for 24 hours straight and you can get a real amazon order paid back in SOL.
- the first drop opens 3 hours after launch. on launch day, holding since launch counts.
- upload your receipt and get in line. every cart is checked by hand before it's paid. first come, first served, one round a day.
- the pool only pays what it already holds. no comp is guaranteed.
where the money comes from
pump.fun pays the coin's creator a small cut of every buy and sell. that's the only money comped uses. nothing is minted for it.
creator rewards are claimed from pump.fun into one wallet, the dev wallet. 75% of every claim is set aside as the comp pool; comps are paid from it and nothing else. the pool is tracked by the site, not locked on chain, so it's fully public instead: every fee claim and every comp is listed with its transaction, and anyone can redo the math (claims × 75% − comps paid). a round never pays more than the pool, or more than the wallet actually holds.
how big the pool gets depends on trading volume. on pump.fun's bonding curve, creator rewards are 0.30% of volume; after graduation they start near 0.95% and shrink as the market cap grows. those are pump.fun's rates, and pump.fun can change them.
when
- launchfees start building
- launch + 3hfirst drop
- daily 20:00 utca round pays
who can claim
hold at least your tier's amount of $COMPED in one wallet, without dropping below it, for 24 hours. bigger bag, bigger comp.
launch day: the first drop is 3 hours after launch. until day one is over, you only need to have held since launch (within its first 15 minutes) instead of a full 24 hours, and never less than 1 hour. after day one, everyone needs the full 24 hours.
| tier | hold at least | that's | comp up to | opens at |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| xl | 0.5% of supply | 5,000,000 | $150 | level 1 |
| l | 0.25% | 2,500,000 | $75 | level 1 |
| m | 0.1% | 1,000,000 | $25 | level 1 |
| s | 0.05% | 500,000 | $15 | level 2 |
| xs | 0.025% | 250,000 | $10 | level 3 |
how it's checked: when you claim, we read your wallet's history on chain and find the lowest balance you had at any moment in your hold window. that sets your tier. sell or send below it, even for a minute, and the clock starts over. we check again at approval, so selling while you wait in line gets the claim rejected. a smaller bag at approval means a smaller cap.
levels: strict first, then open
comped launches at level 1, so only bigger holders can claim. that protects the pool while it fills. when the pool is overflowing (80% of it is well above every cart already in line), the team opens level 2, then level 3, for smaller holders. if the line outgrows the pool, a level can close again.
- level changes are announced on X first. new tiers still need the full hold.
- if a level closes, carts already in line keep their tier.
- the current level is shown at the top of this page.
what counts
- amazon orders only for now. more stores come as comped grows, announced on X first.
- ordered in the last 14 days when you submit.
- a standard amazon order number, like
112-1234567-1234567. digital orders (kindle, apps) don't count yet. - you're paid back the cart total or your tier's cap, whichever is lower, in SOL.
- each order can be claimed once, ever, by anyone.
- the receipt is the amazon order page or confirmation email, as a screenshot or pdf (jpg, png, webp, pdf, under 3 mb), showing the order number, date, total, and the name and zip it ships to. blur your street address and card details.
how to claim
- on the main page, connect the wallet holding your $COMPED (phantom, solflare or backpack) and sign the message. signing moves nothing.
- fill in the order number, date, cart total, and the name and zip it ships to, then upload the receipt.
- press get in line. the team checks the receipt against what you entered.
- once approved, you're paid in a round, in line order. your status and place in line show on the main page.
- when you're paid, the transaction shows on the comps paid list and on solscan.
the line and the rounds
- the line is strict first come, first served, by when you submitted.
- each round can pay out at most 80% of the comp pool; 20% stays as a buffer.
- approved carts are paid in full, in order, until the round's money runs out. nobody skips ahead: if the next cart doesn't fit, the round stops there.
- anyone not paid keeps their place for the next round.
- comps are set in dollars and converted to SOL at the price on the day you're paid.
- claims are reviewed by people, so approval can take a while. rejections come with a reason.
limits
- one wallet per person. your first claim ties your wallet to the name and zip on the order; the same person can't claim from another wallet, and that wallet can't claim for someone else.
- each receipt file and each order number once.
- one claim in line per wallet at a time, and one paid comp per wallet every 7 days.
several wallets, someone else's name or order, or edited receipts get claims rejected. we'd rather pay more people honestly than fewer people twice.
check our work
- the wallet:
posted at launch. fees are claimed into it and comps are paid from it; anyone can see every transaction. - the token:
posted at launch. - the pool math: every fee claim is listed on the main page with its transaction. pool = claims × 75% − comps paid.
- every comp is on the comps paid list with its transaction. our server checks each payment on chain before marking a claim paid.
privacy and safety
- receipts are private, seen only by the team, and deleted once your claim is paid or rejected.
- the name and zip are cleared after review. we keep only a one-way fingerprint, enough to spot the same person on another wallet, not to read the name back.
- the comps paid list shows a shortened wallet, the store, the amount and the transaction. no names, no addresses.
- we will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to send anything first. anyone asking you to pay to get comped is not us.
what's not promised
- no comp is guaranteed. if the pool is empty, the line waits; if trading dries up, it may wait a long time.
- no amount or date is promised beyond "first come, first served, while the pool lasts."
- $COMPED is a memecoin and can go to zero. nothing here is financial advice. not affiliated with amazon or any store.
- the 75% pool share, tiers, caps, stores, the cooldown and round times can change, and any change is announced on X before it applies.
questions
- i bought an hour ago. can i claim?
- not yet, unless you bought at launch. your clock starts when you reach your tier; the main page shows when you'll be eligible.
- i hold in two wallets. do they add up?
- no. it's per wallet. move it all into the wallet you claim with, then wait out the hold.
- can i sell right after i'm comped?
- yes. you'll need to hold again before your next comp, and it's one paid comp per 7 days.
- my order was more than my cap.
- you're paid back up to your cap. a $200 order at the l tier gets $75.
- why was i rejected?
- the reason shows under "your comps". common ones: the receipt didn't match what you entered, the order was too old, or you sold before approval.
- why amazon only?
- its order numbers have a fixed format we can check, which makes fake receipts harder. more stores come later.
